4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and genuine supporting documents. Vision Gate is not liable for delays, refusals or penalties arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
5. Fees
Service fees are quoted in writing before engagement and are separate from government, embassy or third-party charges, which are disclosed as part of your itemised quote.
